The mobile that emerges moves randomly with currents of air to a silent symphony. This kinetic dance is seen by the viewer’s eye as a balanced harmony that compliments the exterior space of the building while bringing warmth and interest to the interior space..

With an appreciation that color, shape, light and movement each must maintain their own integrity while at the same time blend effortlessly together, I shape each piece and choose each color to achieve optimal union and interaction.

The Mobiles are constructed from a variety of materials:

Transparent or translucent Acrylic sheet, paint over synthetic foam substrates or metals, or Varia thermoplastic. Materials wil be determined by the space, budget and the weight requirements of the project

At all pivot points of the hanging elements, stainless steel ball bearing swivels are used to allow three hundred and sixty-degree rotation. This freedom of movement enhances the mobiles' ability to catch, transmit and reflect light thereby enhancing the total effect.

I have also used theatrical, programmed lighting in some of my installations. These add a further dimension to the movement, color and reflections of the Mobiles.

It is with childish wonder I create my pieces. As I played blissfully in kindergarten, delighting in the possibilities present in my crayons, paints and blocks, I find the same excitement surrounding me with each new design and fabrication.

My desire is to produce works that bring a smile to the face and a joy to the spirit.

For the past many years, the playfulness of my designs have resulted in many installations in Children's Hospitals and Libraaries.

I have watched the children and their parents enter the lobbies and smile.

This is my greatest satisfaction.

For over 40 years I have created projects and proposals in a broad range of venues, Public, Corporate and Private.

Cost is a function of complexity, materials and scale. I can work in basically any scale, many mediums and within any realistic budget.
